Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) and able to form a binding contract. Content must relate to athletics, fitness, or sport only. See our Safety policy.
Your account & content
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You retain ownership of content you post.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your content on the platform.
- Do not post illegal, hateful, misleading, or non-athletic spam content.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, impersonation, or dangerous challenges
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others' likeness
- Scraping, bots, or attempts to disrupt the service
- False or deceptive claims (including in ads or profiles)
Advertising
We may show third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense). Ad content is provided by partners and subject to their policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services advertised.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Athletic activities carry risk — consult professionals before training.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CQ Athletes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
